When making a purchase from BestWatches2U please keep in mind the following warranty policy.
- Our shipping center is currently offering a 30 day limited
warranty on all items wishing to be returned.
- Our warranty only covers manufactures defects. The includes the
product being defective upon arrival, or within the allotted warranty period.
- The automatic warranty you receive with your replica watch, does not
cover any broken parts coming from everyday use, or the mishandling of
your item (this coves dropping it, or leaving on while swimming).
- The fulfillment of this warranty will be handled by the parties
responsible in our customer care and billing department.
- Our watches are designed to withstand accidental splashes of water
only and are not intended to be used in the shower, pools, steam rooms, or
during any type of water sports.
- Water damage, damage of the stem (crown), glass or clasps, and lost or
stolen items will not be covered.
- Should you have a case that is not covered in this policy,
please feel free to contact us, and one of our associates will contact you
shortly to review your order.
- Please note, if your watch does arrive defective, we request
that you do not open the watch attempting to fix the issue, as there will
be a $55.00 restocking fee in the event that this happens.
- Should you face a problem that cannot be fixed by a standard
jeweler, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support for further
